Personalized Viktoria Richards Chocolates are a lovely way to show your guests your appreciation for sharing your unforgettable day.
Your name, initials, event date or personal message can be applied to select chocolate mold shapes for your wedding. Chocolates may be purchased in glassine cups so that you can arrange them on dessert platters at your wedding. You may also have us package them for you in one, two, or four piece boxes.
We use French dark chocolate to enrobe all of our chocolates. You may have your shells filled with any of the ganaches (flavors) listed in "The Chocolates" section on the VRchocolates website. Click to view the available flavors

To determine your total cost: Add your setup fee to the total price of the number of chocolates that you will need for your wedding or special day.
*** Miminum order is 25 sheets which allow us to make up to 750 personalized chocolates for you. Our supplier charges $50.00 to ship your order to our facility. At your request, we can store your remaining sheets for up to 18 months. There is a one time temporary setup fee. Reorders are not available when sheets are set up for a temporary or one time event.
We offer two personalized options: Order a dessert tray or have us box your chocolates.

Steps:
1. Design your artwork: Artwork must fit a 25mm by 25mm space and should be submited in the following file formats: JPG, PDF or EPS. Our preference is the Adobe Illustrator EPS format. However we can work with any of the listed file formats.
2. Select your mold shape: Molds available for personalization are shown at the bottom of this page.
3. Select your flavor: Choose from any of our flavors.
4. Additional Flavor Option: You may select two flavors for a four piece box. Please tell us which mold shape that you would like us to use for your second flavor.
5. Chocolate Price: Each Chocolate is $1.00 (Packaged in glassine cups)
Minimum: There is 50 one piece box minimum, a 25 two piece or four piece box minimum.
Lead Times: 3 to 5 weeks on personalized chocolate designs. This does not include transit time to your location from our facility.
Shipping: Does not include shipping from our facility.
Deposit: Your initial deposit amount will be equal to the cost of your personalized sheets plus 50 percent of the price of the chocolates that you order and 50 percent of the price of the boxes that you order. The balance due must be paid prior to shipment of your chocolates.
Sales Tax: Sales tax is applied to orders delivered within Florida.
Refunds: If you cancel your order, you must do so three weeks prior to your event or you will forfeit your entire deposit. On cancellations received prior to three weeks, we will refund the 50 percent portion of your deposit that you placed on your chocolates. Refunds are not offered on the costs incurred making your personalized sheets.
