Chocolate Covered

Some people say that we are nuts to do what we do! Our response is that as artisans, we wouldn't do it any other way. We roast nuts and then coat them by hand with Belgian chocolate as they tumble in a small French coating pan. To complete the process, we sprinkle them with just the right amount of confectioner's sugar or fine cocoa powder.
